On 30th July 2009, Bogdan Zdrojewski, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, visited Szczecin. During his meeting in the Szczecin Seaport, in the Old Workshop at the Łasztownia Island, the minister presented a project of the ‘Culture Map’. The meeting attracted representatives of culture, artists, journalists and inhabitants of the city. Together with the minister the meeting was attended by representatives of the region and the City with the City President Piotr Krzystek, as well as the Chairman of Board at the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority.
- the Culture Map is the insight into culture as seen by inhabitants of large and small cities. In the case of the latter there is a shortage of cultural offer, said Minister Zdrojewski. |
