The annual Herring Szczecin Meeting of the Maritime Sector awarded individuals and companies for their outstanding contribution to the development of the sector.
The Baltic Award went to Ms. Anna Wypych-Namiotko, Undersecretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure.
For the first time, the Baltic Amber Award was presented to the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority and Warta S.A., an insurance company.
While expressing his gratitude for the award, Jarosław Siergiej, CEO of the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports, emphasised that the award is a sign of recognition for all employees of the ports who contribute to the development of the ports through their everyday work.
