The Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority put special emphasis on port infrastructure projects creating conditions for investment by companies interested in developing their own transhipment, storage and production terminals.

The objective of the Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority is to attract investors interested in financing, building and operating of terminals as well as creating port industry. Therefore, the Authority provides access infrastructure, including quays, roads and rail tracks, as well technical infrastructure (electricity, telecommunication, water, sewage, etc.). Additionally, the port provides land designated for preferential long-term lease. At the same time, the Ports Authority offers their support to project development.
