Location:

• The properties of land available at Ostrow Grabowski, an island of 175 ha, vary. An area of 15 ha is fully prepared for developing a container base. It is situated in the south-west part of the island.

Quays:

• Spoldzielcze Quay of 118 m and permissible draught 2.2 – 5.4 m, includes a ro – ro platform.
•  Finskie Quay of 240 m and draught 9,15 m.

Technical properties:

• Area of about 160 ha: elevating up to + 2.5 m above ground level in progress.

The site is furnished with new road and rail access and utilities available at the plot boundary, including electricity, water, and sewage. The second line of development at Ostrow Grabowski includes plots at Hryniewieckiego Street, which a natural link is leading to the logistic centre at Hryniewieckiego and Kujota Streets.

According to plans, after completion of the development at Ostrow Grabowski, another stage of developing the port infrastructure in Szczecin will involve land at Ostrow Mielenski.
