According to the draft zoning plan for Szczecin the land is designated to port functions. However, due to its location at the main road city and port functions should be preferably combined. This includes car parks, petrol station, etc. or port services and port technical facilities. The southern part of the plot is reserved for a road supporting Gdanska Street.
