Location:

• Land of 8.5 ha behind the Chemikow Quay borders land of ZMPSiŚ SA from the north,Kasztanowa Street from the south,  Nowoartyleryjska Street from the east, and a warehouse from the west,

Quays:

• Chemikow Quay of 282 m and draught 13.2 m, fitted with 2 gentry crane of 20t each.

Current status:

• Undeveloped land. Due to its sand layers, ground conditions are very good. The land does not require improvement.

Land is situated further behind the Chemikow and Hutnikow Quays. At the plot situated closer to the Chemikow Quay it is possible to develop a warehouse and storage yards for bulk and general cargo, as well as tanks for liquid cargo handled at the Chemikow Quay, and later in the future at Armatorskie Quay.
