DB Port Szczecin is a specialized reloading operator in the port of Szczecin.

Main activity of the company is handling of cargos of such cargo groups as: containers; wood-based products: e.g. paper and wood pulp; general cargo: e.g. steel products, non-ferrous metals, fertilizers in big bags, project cargo, heavy loads and oversized cargo, e.g. wind turbines, and cargo such as granite, coco and coffee.

Taking into consideration the above division into cargo groups, DB PS offers to its clients 3 places of service:

-          Container terminal for handling of containers – reloading, loading, transporting containers within the port and other depot in Szczecin. It is the biggest sea container terminal within 300km from Szczecin.

-          General cargo terminal for break bulk such as paper, wood pulp, steel, slabs, pallets, big bags, etc), project cargo and oversized cargo,

-          Free Duty Area, offering reloading and handling of cargo without the necessity to pay duty and taxes; handling of coco, coffee and granites.

DB Port Szczecin has about 110.000 m² of area in warehouses and over 182.000 m² of area on yards

Company is equipped with two self-propelled mobile cranes Gottwald with a lifting capacity 100 tons, Demag mobile cranes, fixed base cranes, 6 RTG cranes for container yard operations, 2 STS container cranes, 4, reachstackers and other equipment. 

The company offers liner services to Finland and West Africa, and 7 container feeder services a week, connecting the company with north-European ports: Hamburg, Bremerhaven (D), Rotterdam (NL), Gdańsk, Gdynią (PL), Kłajpeda (LT), Ryga (LV), St. Petersburgh (RU), Copenhagen, Aarhus (DK) Malmö (S).

DB PS provides services to all important global container shipowners: APM-Maersk, CMA CGM, Evergreen, APL, Hapag-Lloyd, CSCL, COSCO, Hanjin, NYK and others, as well as feeder operators.

• Słowackie Quay

storage: warehouses of 16,000 m² and open storage yards of 56,000 m², equipment: 5 fixed base cranes with a lifting capacity of 6 to 16 t.

• Czeskie Quay

storage: warehouses of 8,000 m² and open storage yards of 25,000 m², equipment: 6 fixed base cranes with a lifting capacity of 6 to 16 t, 2 self-propelled cranes Gottwald with a lifting capacity up to 100 t; 2 RTG cranes up to 35 tons, 4 reachstackers up to 45 t, equipped with ro-ro ramp.

• Fińskie Quay

New Container Terminal, open storage yards of 35,000 m², equipment: 2 STS container cranes up to 45 tons, 4 RTG cranes up to 40 t, equipped with ro- ro ramp.

• Polskie Quay

Equipment: fixed base cranes with a lifting capacity of 16 to 25 t;

• Węgierskie Quay

Equipment: 6 fixed base cranes with a lifting capacity of 6 t; storage: warehouses of 14,500 m², open storage yards of 13,500 m².

• Rumuńskie Quay

Equipment: 4 fixed base cranes with a 6 t lifting capacity; storage: warehouses of 5,800 m² and open storage yards of 12,000 m².

• 
  Albanian Quay

Warehouse for hazardous materials with an area of 2,380 m².

• Russian Quay

Equipment: 6 cranes with a lifting capacity of 3 tons, storage: warehouses of 23,000 m² and open storage yards of 40,881 m², phytosanitary checks are carried out in Warehouse No 7.
