The RO-RO offer in the ports of Szczecin and Świnoujście is carried out mainly at the Ferry Terminal in Świnoujście (the largest terminal in Poland and one of the most modern terminals in the Baltic Sea) and with 3 dedicated ro-ro quays at the Port of Szczecin.

In the Port of Szczecin, two stevedoring companies have ro-ro quays: DB Port Szczecin Sp. z o.o. disposes 2 ro-ro quays and Bulk Cargo - Port Szczecin Sp. z o.o. disposes 1 ro-ro quay.of reclaiming of sea area and real estate that is directly adjacent to it.

The ferry terminal in Świnoujście is the biggest in Poland and one of the most modern in the Baltic Sea. It is the leader in the number of ferry connections between Poland and Scandinavia , both in terms of the number of ferry calls and in terms of the volume of passengers and goods handled. Świnoujście Ferry Terminal is an integral part of the transport corridor, connecting Scandinavia with Southern Europe.

Ferry Terminal disposes 5 quays for handling in the ro-ro system: passenger cars, trucks, road trailers and railway wagons. It is the only ferry terminal in Poland that serves rail transport, to and from Sweden. Thanks to the appropriate track layout, as well as manoeuvring and storage area for reachstackers and trailers , the terminal will be able to handle intermodal transport units from 2022.

By five quays are served passenger – car ferries and car – rail ferries. Currently, 4 shipowners: Unity Line Limited, Euroafrica, Polferries, TT-Line offer up to 6 sailings to Ystad and up to 6 sailings to Trelleborg every day (75 sailings a week).

Each year Terminal handles about 6.3 million tons of goods, about 1.1 million passengers., 500 thousand trucks and trailers, 268 thousand cars, 1 thousand. buses.
