There will be a modern and ecological boiler room at the Świnoujście Ferry Terminal

A modern and ecological boiler house will be built at the Ferry Terminal in Świnoujście this year. Two companies that applied in response to the tender announced in this case by the owner of the area - the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority - want to perform it.

The GRAMET Sławomir Gray company from Luboń has valued its services at just over PLN 1.4 million, while the offer of the Consortium of companies from Szczecin, Infra-Port Sp. z o.o. and Calesco SA exceeds PLN 2 million, with the assumed investor's budget exceeding PLN 1.8 million.

A new boiler room will be built in the "A" warehouse, the rooms of which will be appropriately adapted and rebuilt for this purpose. The external form of the object will not change.

The boiler room will be equipped with two gas stoves operating in a cascade with a rated power of 660 kW each. Low-temperature cast iron boilers are designed. The boilers will be equipped with fully automatic modulating gas fan burners, consisting of an electronic burner automat with a diagnostic function and an axial fan with a three-phase electric fan motor.

The investment task entitled: "Reconstruction and change of use of the warehouse space into a gas boiler room in the warehouse building" A "of the Ferry Terminal in Świnoujście", will be performed as part of the expansion and modernization of the technical infrastructure in the ports of Szczecin and Świnoujście. *

The selected contractor will have seven months to complete all the works, counted from the date of the contract.
