Westpomeranian Logistics Center in the port of Szczecin is waiting for an investor

Westpomeranian Logistics Centre located in the very center of port of Szczecin is waiting for an investor. Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority invites companies and entities interested in leasing the area and carrying out service, logistics, distribution or production activity to cooperatation.

Westpomeranian Logistics Centre is an area of nearly 9.4 ha. It includes several plots located in Szczecin at Stanislaw Hryniewiecki Street and Stanislaw Kujot Street.

The area of the WLC is divided into two parts of 5.99 ha and 3.39 ha. They are separated by a road. Both plots are fully ready for lease - developed, and the bearing capacity of access roads has been increased to 115 kN/axis. The lease can cover the whole area or its individual parts, starting from 2 ha.

The site is also attractive in terms of location, which is due to its excellent road system, resulting in convenient transport of cargo between the WLC and the adjacent quays. The direct proximity of reloading companies and all kinds of port-related services will allow the future lessee to significantly reduce the costs of many logistic operations. An additional advantage is the proximity of the Duty Free Zone, the railroad line and the direct entry and exit from the port area to the exit road from Szczecin.

Entities interested in leasing WLC in the port of Szczecin are invited to fill in the Investment Program Questionnaire, which is available on the company's website:

The completed questionnaire together with information on interest in the lease should be sent to the following e-mail address: E.Kurdyla@port.szczecin.pl  or submit in writing to: Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority, 7 Bytomska Street, 70-603 Szczecin.

The deadline for submitting applications is March 31st of this year.
