ZMPSiŚ SA and OT Port Świnoujście extended the lease

The contract was concluded on September 20 this year. between ZMPSiŚ SA and OT Port Świnoujście, a subsidiary of OT Logistics. It constitutes an annex to the current lease agreement of September 12, 1994. It provides, among other things, for the extension of the lease period of the real estate where the terminal is currently operated to 30 years.
